The Word Of God

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God.  We believe that Spirit-anointed teaching and preaching and the daily study of the Bible are the doors to a growing relationship with God.
(Psalm 19:7-11, Matthew 4:4, Hebrews 4:12, 2 Timothy 3:16)

Vibrant Worship

We believe that worship is an expression of our love in response to God's love for us.  We seek to daily worship Him passionately and freely in Spirit and in truth.
(Psalm 95:1-7, John 4:23, 1 John 4;19, Ephesians 5:18b-20, Romans 12:1)

Passionate Prayer

We believe prayer is our lifeline through which we daily personally interact with our God.  We believe that our prayers supernaturally move God to act on behalf of His people.
(Jeremiah 33:3, Matthew 6:5-13, Ephesians 3:14-21, Philippians 4:6, 1 Thessalonians 5:17)

The Prophetic

We believe we are called to be a prophetic people.  We believe God speaks to and through His people today.  We value and seek to follow His guidance.
(John 5:19, Corinthians 14:3-4 & 39, 1 Thessalonians 5:20-21, 1 John 4:1)

The Power of the Holy Spirit

We believe in and encourage the baptism of the Holy Spirit.  We believe in His direction, encouragement and empowerment in the life of every believer.
(Matthew 3:11, Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 12:4 & 7-11, Ephesians 1:13 & 5:18)

Spiritual Growth

We believe it is important and expected that every believer grow and mature in their spiritual life toward the goal of
Christ-likeness.  We believe the key to growth is in being led by the Holy Spirit to live by the Word of God.  We seek to equip, encourage and empower each person to maximize their God given potential.
(Ephesians 4:15, 2 Peter 3:18, Galatians 5:22-25, Romans 8:4-5)

Generous Giving

We believe God prospers His people for the purpose of extending His Kingdom.  We are committed to being wise Christian stewards of God's blessings through tithing and generous giving.
(Psalm 37:25-26, Malachi 3:10, 2 Corinthians 9:6-8, Galatians 6:7)

Community and Relationship

We believe strongly in the commandment to love, honor, show respect and forgive one another.  We seek to build strong marriages and families and to raise up our youth and children using Biblical values and training.
(Jeremiah 30:19, Ephesians 4:32 & 5:22-33, Mark 11:25, Proverbs 22:6, 1 Corinthians 12:14-27, Ephesians 4:25,
Colossians 3:12-14)

Healing and Restoration

We recognize that people's lives have been wounded and damaged, but God's desire is healing and restoration.  We believe and trust in the power of God to divinely heal and restore people's lives in spirit, soul and body.
(Psalm 103:3, Isaiah 53:5, Mark 16:18, James 5:14-16, Joel 2:25)

Reaching Out

We reach out with love, compassion and the truth of God's word to all people.  We show the love of God by meeting the needs of people through good works.
(Matthew 28:19-20, Ephesians 2:10, 1 Timothy 6:18, Titus 3:8, Hebrews 10:24, 1 Peter 2:12)

The Vision of Christian Life ChurchLighthouse

The Vision for Christian Life Church is to be His house under His banner for He says, "Come unto me ..."  Matthew 11:28

  1. A Lighthouse
  2. A House of Prayers
  3. A House of Praise and Worship
  4. A House of Restoration
  5. A House of Rest
  6. A House of Training

Jesus' command was to "go and make disciples" (Matthew 28:19) and in response to that command we purpose to share Christ with others, bringing them into His church to be trained up as His disciples.
